Warranty Coverages
Window Tint
For the most part unless other wise stated in a receipt we offer Lifetime Warranties on all of our cars. What the warranty covers is peeling of the tint, excessive contamination, Scratches and Fading/ bubbling in a really short time (defective material). It doesn't cover fix it tickets, damage over time and deliverate damage. Proof of receipt is needed.
Car Radios, speakers, Cameras, Amps
When it comes to these services, for the most part we don't buy the parts we advice that our customers buy them but before they do we kindly teach them which one to order. This is not all the time as sometimes we may provide the part. This is important because it explains the warranty. We only offer warranty on the labor, not parts unless otherwise states on the receipt. If something doesn't work feel free to bring it back any time and we'll take a look into it. If the device is bad we're not responsible if the manufacturer provides warranty for their product or not only labor needed to install it unless otherwise stated in the receipt.
Alarms
For the alarms systems do offer a lifetime warranty on the labor and for the viper unit it does have warranty if the unit ends up being faulty after installation. If the alarm goes out over the years for whatever reason we will replace it for free but an extra fee will be added to buy the new unit.
Headlight cleaning restoration and Tint
Depending on the kind of headlight cleaning you want, we offer either a 3 month or 1 year warranty. So if within that time the lights turn yellow again we can definitely clean them again and no extra cost. As for the headlight/ Tail light tint that's a one year warranty as well so if the wrap starts to peel off or doesn't look good we'll redo it.
Partial/ Full Vinyl wrap
This will depend all on the name brand of the wrap which means the wrap warranty can be anywhere between 1 year to 5 years. What the warranty covers is again, excessive contamination of the wrap, unprofessional tucking of the edges and peeling off.
Car Electrical Diagnostic/ Work
This is a lot tricker to tackle down but it's fairly simple. If we identify an issue, fix it, and the issue comes back or keeps persisting we will redo it until the issue is fixed. Now the warranty doesn't cover if there's a new issue and if that issue is not correlated at all with what we fixed then we won't fix it. Trust me we would know if it was something done by our work or not.
